Abstract: In recent years, in order to reduce building energy consumption in China, and vigorously promote the development of ecological construction, the paper studies disadvantages of the cost of traditional project management applications in the ecological construction projects, exploring specific cost management adapt to the ecological construction project. Abstract: This paper proposes a view to develop energy-conserving construction products made from synthetic material of wollastonite by means of joint-mold sleeve tube method and extrusion forming through the analysis on the energy consumption in the manufacturing process of traditional architectural terra-cotta materials.
It conducts comparative study on energy consumption and carbon emission of traditional architectural terra-cotta products and energy-conserving construction products made from synthetic material of wollastonite and verifies the applicable value of low-carbon construction material, which is the basis for its development.

Abstract: Green building has become an important issue among architects and urban planners due to the increment in global warming risks and climatic changes which influenced negatively on natural resources. It is also one of measures been put forward to alleviate the significant impacts of the influence of buildings on the environment, society and economy. There have been extensive studies on green buildings, as evidenced in the rapid growing number of papers been published in last decades.
These studies have been conducted in both developed countries and developing countries, indicating this is a global issue. From estimating to layout and ongoing project management, every step in the design and construction workflow is reviewed and enhanced by digitisation.
Material longevity. Carbon fibre has additionally given developers newer, lighter avenues to explore. Among the recycled metals used today for green building purposes, copper and steel are the ones with the best properties. Elsewhere, studies continue to look into future innovations such as self-healing concrete. This self-healing concrete , which was developed in the Netherlands, would have the ability to repair itself using bacteria without the need for human intervention. Water wastage.

Increased productivity and reduced costs. Through the development of more sustainable business practices - efficiency in operations will increase and efforts become more streamlined.
Services on Demand
By implementing water and energy efficiency practices, recycling, reusing and reducing waste, costs can be reduced while ensuring the business operates in a sustainable way. Increased resource efficiency. Many of the resources previously considered renewable, such as forests and fresh water, have become finite now that human demand exceeds our ability to replenish them.
As resources become less available, businesses need to plan for increased costs in the future, the cost of adapting to climate change, and consider the impacts of government policy that is becoming increasingly hostile towards CO2 emissions.

With better use and conservation of resources, overall costs will decrease and wastage will be reduced. Improved brand image. Environmental mindfulness and sustainability have become mainstream with more and more people searching for ethical and sustainably produced products and services. Employees, especially Gen Y and Gen Z, seek work that is meaningful and provides value to society.
The construction industry is taking positive steps in the right direction. As the construction sector develops and adapts to meet changing government policies, it will be interesting to see how companies work to meet environmental and social responsibilities whilst remaining profitable.
